Description
The Seba Mitja Vermella onion is a typical variety from the Alghero area, traditionally used in local fish-based soups. Grown under dry-farming conditions, it also adapts well to clay soils if properly prepared. Harvest takes place from early June to late July, producing a product with an authentic flavor closely tied to the local gastronomy.
