Description

The Sardinian-brown cow is a bovine breed born from the cross between Brown bulls and cows of the native population of northern Sardinia. The subsequent selective interbreeding gave rise to animals well adapted to the territory, which combine the characteristics of the Brown breed with the rusticity of the local cattle.
